2022 proved to be a tough nut to crack for Indian Men's cricket team across formats. While Team India played well in some memorable games, it also struggled in crucial matches. The Men in Blue started the year by losing both the Test and ODI series to South Africa in January. Despite some remarkable performances in Asia Cup and T20 World Cup, India failed to grab the trophies. Although it started the year with a loss, the Men in Blue bid farewell to 2022 by winning the Test series against Bangladesh a few days ago. Ishan Kishan's fastest double century against Bangladesh, Suryakumar Yadav's supremacy in white ball cricket and Virat Kohli gaining his form by scoring a couple of centuries are the key moments of 2022. After some hits and misses, Team India will begin the new year with a home assignment against Sri Lanka in 3 T20 and 3 ODI matches.
